MSBK STUDIO Hi, I’m Katania, owner of MSBK Studio. As a licensed cosmetologist and extension specialist, I create seamless, natural-looking installs that enhance both the beauty and health of your hair. Specializing in sew-ins, K-Tips, tape-ins, and custom extension services, my goal is to provide a luxury experience and results you’ll feel confident in long after you leave the chair. Reservations: Monthly reservations open on the 20th of each month at 10:00 AM EST Payments: We accept all major payment methods for your convenience. • Cash: No fee • Zelle: No fee • Credit/Debit Cards: 3.5% processing fee applied to all card transactions • Buy Now, Pay Later: Available in person for the remaining balance only. A 6% service fee applies. All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment and must be paid through the booking system. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your service total (excluding processing fees). Deposits may be transferred one time if you need to reschedule. Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit. Squeeze-In Appointments: Appointments requested outside of business hours are subject to availability and incur a $100 convenience fee. Please contact me directly to inquire. Hair Requirements: A minimum of 6 inches of natural hair is required throughout for extension services. Clients experiencing significant hair loss, thinning, or scalp conditions must contact me prior to booking to determine service eligibility. I reserve the right to decline services that may compromise the health of your hair or scalp. Appointments booked with unapproved hair will be cancelled. Custom Color: Custom color services for extensions (blondes, brunettes, reds, vivids, etc.) are exclusively available on MSBK Extensions. Jet black coloring may be performed on other hair brands. Hair must be dropped off at least one week before your appointment. MSBK Hair-Included Services: MSBK Studio offers Raw Vietnamese extensions in weft bundles and tape-ins, available in lengths 16”–28”. Longer lengths may be requested. Hair-included appointments should be booked 8-10 days in advance to ensure timely delivery. After paying your deposit, you must complete the hair order form immediately. Failure to submit the form may result in appointment cancellation. Frequently Asked Questions: Do you shampoo and condition my hair? Yes. Every install service includes a professional shampoo and conditioning treatment. Do I need a consultation? Consultations are recommended for anyone who has questions and want more one on one time to discuss their hair goals. Can I bring my own hair? Yes, must be from an approved extension company listed above or approved by myself before your appointment. Do you work over another stylist’s install? No. Existing extensions must be removed prior to your appointment. If you need assistance removing an install from another stylist, please add the Foreign Removal service when booking. How much hair do I need? Most installs require 3-4 bundles of the same length for fullness. Contact me before purchasing hair if you are unsure. Do you reuse extension hair? Only extensions previously installed by MSBK Studio may be reused. Hair must arrive detangled, shampooed, fully dry, and free of thread. Improperly prepared hair will incur a $20 preparation fee. Can I bring guests or children? To maintain a private salon experience, additional guests and children are not permitted unless receiving a service. How often is maintenance required? Most extension methods require maintenance every 3-4 weeks to maintain the health and integrity of your natural hair. Cancellation Policy

When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, a 48 hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 50% charge Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once during a rescheduling. Due to high demand and limited availability, rescheduling availability is not always guaranteed and will result in a forfeiture of deposit if reservation is cancelled. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of that service and will be banned from booking in the future. There is a 15-minute grace period. After grace period appointment will be deemed a cancellation. This standard ensures that each guest receives the full, uninterrupted experience they deserve.
