MSBK Studio Where healthy hair meets flawless extensions. A private cutated space specializing in high-quality, natural-looking installs tailored to each client’s needs. From seamless blends to effortless transformations, every service is customized just for you. ⸻ Appointment Reservations: Monthly books open on the 20th every month at 10am ⸻ Payment Policy All deposits must be paid through the booking system to secure your appointment. All card transactions, including deposits and remaining balances, are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. This fee is automatically applied by the system at checkout. To avoid processing fees on your remaining balance, Zelle or cash may be used in person after your service. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your total service cost. (Minus processing fee) Deposits can only be transferred one time for a rescheduling afterwards a new deposit will be required. BUY NOW, PAY LATER available in person only for the remaining balance at checkout | 6% fee ⸻ Hair Requirements: ▸ Natural hair must be 5–6 inches all around to be serviced ⸻ Refund Policy: ▸ All payments, deposits and custom orders are non-refundable ⸻ Guests & Children: ▸ MSBK Studio is a private space. Please do not bring children or additional guests. This policy is in place to protect the peace and exclusivity of your visit. ⸻ Squeeze-In Appointments: ▸ Services booked outside of business hours → $100 additional fee (must reach out directly for availability) ⸻ Custom Color & Color Drop-Off: ▸ Extensions needing to be custom color must be dropped off at least 7 days before your appointment ▸ We DO NOT color extensions from any other companies After you pay your deposit please fill out the form that immediately pops up requesting your desired color etc. If this form is not filled out at the time of booking, your appointment will be canceled. ⸻ Reusing Extensions: ▸ Accepted only if previously installed by MSBK. I do not accept previously used extensions installed by another stylist. Extensions must be: ▸ Detangled ▸ Washed + completely dry ▸ Free of thread If not properly prepped → $20 fee ⸻ Hair-Included Packages: ▸ We offer High end Raw Vietnames extensions. CANCELLATION POLICY
When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, a 48 hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 50% charge Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once during a rescheduling. Due to high demand and limited availability, rescheduling availability is not always guaranteed and will result in a forfeiture of deposit if reservation is cancelled. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of that service and will be banned from booking in the future. There is a 15-minute grace period. After grace period appointment will be deemed a cancellation. This standard ensures that each guest receives the full, uninterrupted experience they deserve.
